How does our Customer Care work?

• Meet our Customer Care Team who will guide you through the construction process of your dream home. When your new home is completed, you will have a Closing Coordinator, Helen Anderson, to ensure that the closing runs smoothly. After you move in, Roenia Williams, our Warranty Specialist will be available to answer any questions you have and resolve any minor issue typically found in a new home. Your new home is backed by the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty program.
• Maintain your new home by following the Basic Guidelines provided by your 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty package. We have provided online access to these Basic Guidelines on our Home Warranty page. We encourage you to read them and print out a copy for quick reference.
• Refer family and friends and pick your neighbors. You have selected a FCH Quality Home because you know you'll enjoy your new home and the convenient amenities around or right in your own community. But what if you could enhance your life by having family and friends living nearby? We'll give you a $100 Gift Card just for referring a family member or friend who then buys and closes on a FCH Quality Home.
